Updating the "Prices explained" section

I am looking to update the pumps.ie "Prices Explained" section here http://www.pumps.ie/pricesExplained.php 

The only problem is I cannot find out how much the duty has been increased by in the last budget, or if it should be listed as a separate carbon tax? If it is a separate tax what does it work out as per liter and is it before or after vat? Anyone know?

Add in duty/nora/carbon tax of 56.48c for petrol & 47.02c for diesel

Figues are before tax.

Breakdown is

Unleaded - Duty 50.88, NORA 2c, Carbon tax 3.5c

Diesel - Duty 40.92, NORA 2c, Carbon tax 4.1c
